The first time (1986) we made this sort of release - and the last - the technology was different.
A 5" floppy disk could save 330k, enough for about a hundred short ASCII text files.
These could be printed as 80 column, 66 line pages on most PCs and clones by a terminal entry in DOS - "printall.bat" was all it took.
Locally, we circulated 12 sets in 3 hole binders to the sectors / people we thought could be interested - press, media, economic development, service clubs, churches, community activists, the credit union, the usual suspects.
